A list of websites where can simulcast anime from LEGALLY and for FREE
Keep in mind that these websites might not be available in all regions. You probably need to be in an East or Southeast Asian country or use a VPN to stream anime in your location from these websites. A Singapore or Taiwan VPN server would be the safest bet to unlock all these services.
Among the legal websites, Bilibili has the highest number of anime series available.
2. IQiyi
This one is mostly a drama streaming site but it also have a good selection of anime available such as Naruto, Boruto, One Piece, Jojo, Tensura, Oregairu and many more.
This channel has been streaming anime for almost 2 years already. They license a good number of new anime every season and they’re also always more anime to their list. They have series such as Hyouka, Hataraku Maou-sama, Assassination Classroom, Bakarina, Bookworm, Elaina, etc. They even live stream new anime around the same time as Japanese TV. And they recently just got license to live stream all Jojo series, so they will most likely stream Stone Ocean too.
4. Ani-One Asia
Similar to Muse Asia, they also stream anime on YouTube. But compared to Muse Asia, they’re subtitles and translations are a little lacking.
5. GundamInfo
This is mostly a promotion channel for Gundam. But they also have a lot of Gundam series and movies such as Build series, Iron-Blooded Orphans, Seed, Unicorn, etc. available in both sub and dub.
6. AnimeLog
This one doesn’t have any new series. All the series on this channel are the old series from the 80s and 90s such as Anne of Green Gables, Jungle Emperor(Kimba the White lion), etc. And unlike the others on this list, this one is owned by a Japanese company.
Unlike Crunchyroll, you don’t need to wait for a week to watch the newest episode on any of these services. All the series are available on them on release date, or the date they acquired the license, for free. Bilibili and IQiyi does have premium options. But the only difference is that, for free users, the maximum video quality you can get is 720p, but premium users can get 1080p and above.
